Your TastefullyTorrid.com erotic adult sex toys and novelties will be shipped to you in a plain package and will include a non-descript return address that will not entice the curiosity of that nosey neighbor.   Not even the Mail-Man will know what you bought!

 

We work hard to make sure that what you buy on our website is YOUR business and nobody else’s!

 

Now for the “not so fine” print:

 

1. Our fast and efficient Distribution Fulfillment Center usually gets the order out within 24-48 hours of confirmation of the order.   Our D.F.C. business hours are M-F  9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. We are not open on weekends.   Any order not placed during business hours will be processed within 12-48 hours starting the following business day.  

 

2.   Upon completion of your order, we will send an e-mail confirming your order has been “completed successfully” and it will contain a tracking number.  
 
We make EVERY EFFORT to process your order within 24-48 hours.   We are successful MOST of the time, but we do not offer this a guarantee.   This is not a perfect world and occasionally mistakes happen.    If you have not received the confirmation e-mail within 4 days, e-mail us at: orders@tastefullytorrid.com

 

3.   To check the status of an order, you can simply go to our website and log on.   Once logged in, on the right side of the page, there is a box that says “Your Cart”.   Click on “Orders History” in that box and then click on the “Search” box.   This should bring up your order.   Under “status”, if it says processed, we are working on it.   If it says complete, we shipped it out.   To get a tracking number, simply click on the word complete and it will pull up the invoice.   On the bottom of the invoice will be a tracking number.

 

4.   Shipping will consist of USPS Priority Mail (Post Office) 3-5 day ground or UPS standard 3-5 day ground.   Although you are given a choice to your preference during the check out process, we reserve the right to use either shiping agent at our discretion.  As a general rule, UPS delivers faster and has better tracking services.

 

5.   You can reasonably expect to receive your order within 4 – 7 business days from the time you place your order.   Again, this is not a perfect world we live in.   Things can happen fulfilling your order or during shipping.   On RARE occasions, it may take up to two weeks for your order to arrive.   We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.   That is the responsibility of UPS or USPS.
 

6.  Refused orders (items returned either by recipient or as undeliverable), will be charged an additional 25% restocking fee PLUS all applicable freight and handling charges will be added.   Further, you will have to pre-pay the re-shipped order.   If the fault lies with TastefullyTorrid.Com, the order will be reshipped at our expense.  If the mail couriers fail to locate your address, we assume NO liability for failed shipments and you agree to pay all re-shipping costs and fees.

 

7.   Any merchandise that is not in stock at the time you ordered will automatically be canceled and refunded to you.   Since backorders are not held, you will need to reorder.

 

8.   You are responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges, and customs fees.

 

9.   IMPORTANT!   When you checkout, you agree that you understand the shipping costs are an estimate, and the actual shipping costs could be more (depending what the shopping cart calculates depending on the weight of the order and the shipping address).   You agree to pay the additional shipping costs, if any.   In that case, we will send you an invoice via PayPal (you can use PayPal or a Credit Card to pay the invoice).   We will send you an e-mail letting you know what to do.   This clause is here “just in case”.   We have NEVER had to bill anyone for additional shipping!

 

10.   Any damages or shortages must be reported to TastefullyTorrid.Com within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  NO exceptions!   All merchandise that leaves our Distribution Fulfillment Center is inspected as it is pulled and packed, and is shipped in excellent condition.   If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened, or re-taped, you MUST file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery.   NO exceptions will be made here.   Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.

 

11.   ALL SALES ARE FINAL!   Due to the “health related” nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.      
 
Only Manufacturer defects or items damaged as a result of shipping can be returned.  Items & cartons damaged from shipping MUST also be reported to the carrier (UPS or USPS) at the time of delivery.  You must e-mail us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged goods, and request a Return Authorization Number (RA) at shipping@tastefullytorrid.com NO EXCEPTIONS.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Save original packaging.  Returns deemed re-sellable are subject to restocking fees or returned to customer at your expense.
 
Items discontinued by TastefullyTorrid.Com and/or our manufacturers are not returnable and no credit will be issued.   Authorizations expire 15 days from the issue date.   
 
All items on our website are offered with descriptions and pictures from the manufacturer, NOT TastefullyTorrid.Com.   TastefullyTorrid.com makes no claims as to how the product looks or functions.   Those claims are from the manufacturer.  Any disputes or claims of misrepresentation are to be taken up with the manufacturer of the product.   If you have any such problems,   e-mail us at info@tastefullytorrid.com and we will be happy to give the contact information to the manufacturer or possibly even contact them for you.
